Corporate Sales Professional - Commission Sales

Health & Charity is currently looking to fill 1 position as a Corporate Sales Professional (Sponsorship and Sales Ambassador) to assist with creating leads, developing relationships, and securing event sponsorships. There is also opportunity to assist with event ticket sales.  If you are an enthusiastic, competitive individual with prior sales experience, this may be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect amongst small, medium and large organizations in order to find and acquire new sponsors for our events
  • Maintain a strong organizational image as an ambassador to the company’s brand
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain open communication 
  • Make calls and send emails
  • Maintain sponsor database
  • Submit occasional progress reports

Requirements:

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • 2 years in sales and appointment booking by phone
  • At ease with MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • At ease with a CRM tool
  • Post-Secondary or college education, preferrably in business or sales
  • Experience in sponsorship acquisition is an asset
